FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

NorthShore Wellness & Weight Loss is not currently accepting insurance. Our model of care is different from a traditional office-we focus on providing you with individualized attention, unhurried visits, and a true partnership in your health journey.

If we were to accept insurance, we wouldn’t be able to offer the level of care you deserve. However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill upon request, including the necessary codes, so you may submit it to your insurance for a possible reimbursement.

Please note: conventional labs can still be billed directly to your insurance. Superbills must be requested at the time of your appointment.

Where are you located?

You can find Northshore Wellness & Weight Loss conveniently located at 610 Parker Square Rd. Suite #20, Flower Mound, TX 75028. Telehealth visits offered in the state of Texas via secure video chat are also available. Please call 972-850-8121 to book or schedule at our booking link.

What Should I Expect?

Your first visit is a 45-60-minute in-person or telehealth appointment designed to give you time and space to feel heard. Once you register, you’ll receive an intake form so we can get to know you before we meet.

During your visit, we’ll talk through your symptoms, work together on a diagnosis, and decide if any labs, testing, or prescriptions are right for you. If needed, medications can be sent to your local pharmacy. We prescribe BHRT and utilize compound pharmacies, as well as prescribe FDA-approved hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which can be sent to your local pharmacy and is often covered by insurance or available at an affordable cost.

Your BHRT pellet therapy journey begins with the initial consultation. From there, we’ll order comprehensive hormone labs to get a clear picture of your needs. Once results are back, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit to review your labs in detail and create a personalized treatment plan. If pellet therapy is right for you, we’ll move forward with your first insertion,a quick in-office procedure that provides a steady release of hormones for about 3–4 months. After that, you’ll return for maintenance insertions every few months to keep your hormones balanced and your symptoms under control.
